Commemorating 60 Years of Business
Scott Mosby was pretty busy, so didn't plan on going to the
Kirkwood-Des Peres Chamber of Commerce luncheon celebrating
Small Business Week. But when he got a special call from them
suggesting that he really, really should attend, he gladly did so.
Turns out The Chamber was honoring the longest-lived small
businesses in Kirkwood. The youngest company was 10-years
old, while the oldest was 105. Scott went up to the podium to
receive a certificate (shown) honoring Mosby Building Arts'
"60 Years of Continuous Business Service."
We have been well aware that our 60th birthday comes this year,
but it wasn't until seeing it acknowledged in ink and goldleaf that
the immensity of this milestone became clear. Wow, 60 years...
At 60 years old, a time when many people are looking towards
their retirement plans, Mosby Building Arts is enjoying a second
wind. We are renewing the goals and commitments that bring
value and quality to us and our clients. We continually strive to
learn and improve our business so that we always have the right
solutions for improving lives. The commemoration of 60 years
of looking and moving forward is certainly worth a birthday cake,
is it not?
Thank you to the Kirkwood Chamber for kick-starting our
60th birthday celebration!
