We also want to send kudos out to all of the Mosby staff who were instrumental in making our dream kitchen come true. First to our Project Manager James Roney. James was very patient, helpful and skillful. He always made sure we understood what was being done and he also helped us get through the days when we were experiencing the "kitchen remodeling doldrums." Also, thanks to Joshua Hankins, who is also a very talented carpenter.

And then to our wonderful kitchen designers, Adrienne Morgan and Susie Stern. Adrienne did an extraordinary job in designing our new space and just by asking a few questions, seemed to know exactly what we wanted. Susie was so helpful in aiding us in our selections of cabinets, granite, light fixtures and appliances, and she was such a delight to work with.

Thanks also to all the staff behind the scenes who helped facilitate all of the staff with whom we directly worked.

All in all, this was an incredible experience, and every moment we enjoy our new kitchen, we are so glad we made the right decision in hiring Mosby Building Arts! We feel your company is top notch, and we would have no hesitation in hiring you again if we ever tackle another big project.

Scott, from our first meeting, we felt that your belief in listening to the client, developing a detailed understanding of what the client wants and expects to achieve was paramount to the success of this project. Your encouragement to describe how we envisioned using this new space was vital to helping us select the features to include. Throughout the planning stage, the questions that were raised, along with the follow up discussions, enabled all of us to thoroughly envision how the finished build will look.

We were not surprised at all when the concept drawings, the plans, and the completed project all exactly matched our vision. The project has not only added value to our home, it has created an environment that we look forward to coming home to each night, and are proud to invite family and friends into.

We would like to offer a special "Thank You" to the Project Manager Steve Wickers. He worked very diligently to make this project a success. His efforts went way beyond treating this as just another job. Steve's construction knowledge and skills are extraordinary. He very patiently answered our questions and kept us well informed at every step. Steve amazed us with his ability to manage people, tasks and a myriad amount of details. He is a tremendous asset to the Mosby team.

Mark Kaufman was the first on-site contact. He captured the concept of the renovations we were hoping to see materialize. Mission accomplished, as we reached consensus on final details of the scope of work.

Just wanted to thank you for the great job your men did at my home. Dish Network had installed cable for my new dish, and in the process knocked down my drop ceiling in the downstairs family room. They also drilled some holes where they were not supposed to be. They agreed to pay for the repairs, so I contacted your firm for help.

From Mark Kaufman, who wrote up the bid and coordinated with the Dish people, to Ken and John who came out and did the work, I want to say Thank You!

They were all very kind and considerate and showed real pride in their workmanship. Also, they cleaned up very nicely after themselves each day, and I am very pleased with the way everything turned out.

About the Power Outage of December 2006
Donna Says:

My power went out at 4:30 a.m. Friday morning and I was told by a family member to turn on the gas stove and let it run to heat up the apartment. When I got in the car to come to work this morning, Scott Mosby was on the air saving lives by telling the public not to do that because of the carbon monoxide build up.

I would like to thank him publicly because that is exactly what we were doing, and I was feeling dizzy but dismissed it thinking it was due to lack of sleep. Scott saved me and my family.
