Children’s Playhouse Designed By Mosby for NARI Goes To Highest Bidder
Monday, September 18th, 2006
For the 2006 Fall Home Show at America’s Center, Mosby teamed with the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) to design and build a miniature replica of Daniel Boone’s Log Cabin. The “Dream Playhouse” was a silent auction with all proceeds going toward the Home Builders Association Charitable Foundation.
Bidding took place during the 3 days of the Fall Home Show, and at the end of day on September 17, the Daniel Boone kid’s cabin sold for $2,500! The cabin is to be delivered to the winner’s backyard, and by the end of September, their lucky kid will have a frontier home away from home. Mosby Building Arts is proud to have contributed to raising a substantial amount of money for a worthy charity.

The Mosby booth at the Fall Home Show looked better than ever, and was well-attended by both enthusiastic Mosby employees (above, Sue Fitzpatrick, left & Tyler Cluff, right) and people looking for solutions to improving their lives by improving their homes. A special shout-out to Jeff “The Mole Hunter” Holper for keeping us going by plying us with his homemade venison jerky!
