We are proud to announce that our Project Manager Chris is now a LEED Certified Accredited Professional.

LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, and is a performance-based rating system for green building initiated by the U.S Green Building Council. The LEED system is a voluntary, consensus-based, market-driven building rating system based on proven technology that covers all aspects of a building including: Sustainable Sites, Water Efficiency, Energy and Atmosphere, Materials and Resources, Indoor Environmental Quality and Innovation and Design.

With guidance from Chris, a Mosby client can choose the level of green they desire for their remodeling or new construction project, and know they are investing in sound ecological choices that provide lasting value.
