This family desired an attractive kitchen that would be more efficient and central to their lifestyle. A counter angled into the space does triple duty: connects it to the breakfast room, creates a traffic pattern into the dining room and a natural view into the family room. A walk-in pantry and coat closet were created by reconfiguring the central hall, which now shares the same 18”x18” stone tile flooring as the kitchen and breakfast room. The powder room has a fresh new face.

Moving up to the 2nd floor, we installed a quiet, energy efficient whole-house fan and pull-down stairs to the attic. The couple’s master bathroom updates with handsome cabinetry that increases storage, thus creating room for both a tub and walk-in shower.

All kitchen and master bath cabinetry and doors are from Woodharbor.
