Updated Ranch in South County

We redesigned a 1960s ranch house to reflect the modern way of life. Our client wanted to update and repair the systems and structures of the home and have the feeling of more room. We removed walls that defined a series of tiny rooms to create one sweeping, open area. By adding another picture window, the light pours into what the owner calls his "South County suburban loft," and he adores the uninterrupted views and ease of access.

Also part of this renovation is a new rear entry and deck, a completely remodeled lower level and two bedrooms converted to one large master suite with a triple-size walk-in shower.
