Swimming Pool & Screen Porch

It was time for the homeowners to treat themselves to the swimming pool they always wanted, and we worked together to create a project that transformed their entire backyard.

A deck with an enclosed screen porch overlooks an in-ground gunite swimming pool with a patio area. The back half of the yard was re-landscaped using dirt from the pool dig, creating a berm that solved a water run-off problem.

The project included all new sidewalks and driveway, and we sealed all the wood and concrete to prolong its life and beauty.
