Accessible Finished Basement

A Creve Coeur couple made the decision to have their elderly father move in, so they teamed with Mosby Building Arts to create a comfortable, attractive and accessible suite for him. Some mobility features - such as a walk-in shower and sliding pocket doors - are already in place, while other features - such as a chair lift on the stairs - has been prepared in advance if that day arrives.

Yards of built-in bookcases are for father and daughter bookworms, while a workout room is for the man of the house. The home office is used by everyone, while the lady of the house has custom-tailored storage space (like a Christmas Tree Closet!) to meet her unique requirements.
