Richmond Heights Patio

The garage of this Tudor home was too small to house modern-size cars. Mosby propped up the house on a massive steel beam and lowered the floor by several feet.

Atop the refurbished garage, a back patio balcony was created. A new grand staircase was made to connect to an existing door, and stones for the retaining wall were selected to closely match the home’s original façade.
