2006 HOMER AWARD WINNER FOR OUTSTANDING ADDITION!

Our client, a retired exeutive, wanted to convert a primitive screened-in porch into an office. Along with functional and storage requirements, he wanted to incorporate the artifacts gathered through extensive world traveling so the work space would also have a clubhouse feel.

Mosby architects opened the existing space with banks of custom windows and a vaulted ceiling. A special dog washing station outside the laundry room was also part of this project.

New hardwood floors have radiant heating. An impressive custom cabinet with lions head detailing was built to house books and souvenirs. A comfortable sitting area was developed for bird watching and relaxing.
