Manchester Sun Room & Patio

Previously, our client had only a simple concrete slab serving as a backyard patio. To create a formal outdoor area, Mosby architects designed a screened-in porch off the home’s living room, complete with wide-plank wood flooring and walls of windows. Outside, a sidewalk and patio with brick borders defines the expanded outdoor area, which tucks into the alcove created by the new room addition.
