Chesterfield Makeover

Our client wanted to take their house from great to fabulous, both inside and out. The ambitious plan included a full home office on the upper level, a master suite addition on the rear of the house, and an all-encompassing, “wow” lower level.

The ground level addition started with an advanced rethink of the existing master bath, and expanding that space with a hallway flanked on either side by ample His & Hers walk-in closets. This grand hall leads out to a new patio that serves the existing in-ground pool area. Landscaping, whirlpool, stone fire pit and weatherproof furniture create an outdoor room.

Mosby architects reconfigured a basement into an impressive, multi-function lower level. Within this massive new space is an expansive recreational room highlighted by a grand kitchen and bar area. Ringing the main area is a guest bedroom, and an exercise room that leads to a full bathroom with steam shower. A gallery leads to luxury media room with stone fireplace and a full-service wine cellar and tasting room.
