Design & Installation Case Study

Flora Place, St. Louis City

1. The owners of a stately home built in 1922 were tired of dealing with a kitchen that still had most of the original elements installed when the house was first built. They wanted a modern kitchen within the existing space.
3. With a concept established, a Mosby designer worked with the clients on selecting cabinets, countertops, flooring and wall tiles, paint colors and appliances. The goal was handily accomplished in finding contemporary and functional items that exist harmoniously within the historical context.

2. The Mosby creative team explored the options available by devising a new floor plan, and creating 3D renderings of how the space would look.

4. Mosby carpenters cleared out the old kitchen and installed all the new components.
5. Together, the client and Mosby created a 21st century kitchen that respected the historic fiber of the home.
